The Brut Champagne Rosé of the Gratiot Pillière House is fruity, tasty and seductive.
A blend of hand-harvested Meunier (78%) and Chardonnay (22%), it is made of 84% white wine and 16% red wine, only from the 2016 harvest.
This gourmet and pleasant vintage will be the perfect accompaniment to your appetizers and refined first courses (salmon/crevettes verrines and foie gras with cranberries; salmon gravelax; trout eggs in cream).
Aspect: a beautiful coral-coloured rosé with delicate bubbles on a very crystalline base.
Nose: gourmet and pleasant, dominated by red fruits notes (strawberry, raspberry) and a light yellow fruits scent.
Palate: sweet taste, young and fresh, with a nice fruity character, all wrapped up in light and well-balanced proportions.
Contains sulfites

Excellent champagne rosé, une délicate touche fruité et sucrée (bien que seulement 10g/L) très bon en entrée et en dessert, super rapport qualité prix !
