Champagne Gaudriller - Prestige Grand Cru
This Grand Cru de Louvois is a smooth champagne with a fruity finish.
It is made from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of this terroir, and 30% Chardonnay. These two grape varieties give this wine fruity aromas as well as a certain power (Pinot), and finesse (Chardonnay).
This cuvée was vinified entirely in vats in order to preserve the typicality of these two grape varieties.
This champagne has benefited from an exceptional 10 years of ageing in the cellar. This long maturation has brought structure and complexity to this champagne.
The result is a champagne with unctuous, ample flavours and a plum finish. It is carried by a beautiful freshness balanced by a perfect dosage (2 g/l).
A gastronomic champagne!
Ideal as an aperitif, it can also accompany delicate meats and fine sauces.
Aspect: bright old gold.
Nose: perfumed notes of light almond, fresh hazelnut, spring-like.
Palate: unctuous, ample flavours, with a rather tonic plum finish, balanced by a perfect dosage.
