A vintage full of depth and roundness, led by brioche notes, vibrant fruit and fine texture.

The 2014 vintage in Champagne gave wines of balance, with bright freshness and well-preserved maturity. After a relatively cool summer, a sunny September allowed the grapes to ripen cleanly and evenly. Less sunny than previous years, 2014 produced precise, age-worthy wines with remarkable poise.

This Champagne comes from 40- to 50-year-old vines grown on the Grand Cru slopes of Bouzy. The blend includes 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, with grapes carefully selected parcel by parcel.

Fermentation was split evenly between stainless steel and oak barrels, allowing structure to develop without overpowering the fruit. The wine then spent 7 years ageing on lees, building aromatic complexity and finesse.

The style is generous and gastronomic, with notes of brioche, candied citrus and pastry. The low Extra-Brut dosage highlights the wine’s natural balance while preserving the depth of the vintage.

A full-bodied and flavourful Champagne, ideal with white fish, scallops or creamy poultry dishes.
