A true gastronomic champagne!
To be enjoyed simply for pleasure or to be served with gourmet cuisine dishes.
This biodynamic champagne is made from a blend of Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Noir (70%). It was vinified in old Champagne oak barrels, which give it structure and a beautiful aromatic complexity.
This exceptional cuvée was made from a single harvest. It is therefore a 2015 vintage champagne (not claimed on the label), an excellent year (17/20). It benefited from 4 years of cellar ageing (compared to an average of 2 years in the rest of Champagne), for more complexity.
No sugar was added to this naturally balanced champagne. It is therefore a zero dosage champagne (0 g/l). This no-sulphur-added champagne is undeniably extremely pure!
This cuvée has an extremely low level of sulphites (less than 10 mg/l).
Vegan champagne.
Aspect: intense straw yellow, almost golden.
Nose: fine and elegant, with delicate fruit notes, beautiful delicate minerality, hints of vanilla, pastry, liquorice and spices.
Palate: a beautiful balance on the palate between freshness and sweetness, full and with great persistence.
Contains sulfites

An atypical winemaker and an unusual house!
David is not your typical Champagne winemaker as he was a fireman in Paris before deciding to return to his native Champagne region. He has been producing certified biodynamic champagnes since 2015, although his vines have not seen a drop of weedkiller for over 30 years!
Gaiffe Brun is a unique style and craft: 0 added sugar, only champagnes in unclaimed vintages, hardly any sulphites, all handmade and wines aged... to music.
Gaiffe Brun champagnes are simply exceptional!
