The Cuvee Brut About Time champagne by André Chemin is a 2011 vintage made of 100% Chardonnay Premier Cru white wine from the mountains of Reims.
Thanks to its very high quality, the wine used to make this Blanc de Blancs champagne did not undergo malolactic fermentation. It contains 2.4g of sugar per liter and fully expresses the aromas of the Chardonnay Premier Cru used to make it.
A Blanc de Blancs, with fine and complex aromas.
For which occasions should it be served?
This tasting champagne is perfect for a summer aperitif with friends. Champagne lovers will also love it with fine poultry or scallops.
A little advice from our team
The wine grower has already aged this champagne for 10 years and brought it to its gustative peak. Wine lovers can easily keep this champagne for up to 10 years in optimal conditions.
Aspect: Golden robe with fine, persistent bubbles.
Nose: A beautiful nose which suggests white fruits and a hint of honey and caramel.
Palate: It has excellent roundness on the palate, elegantly combining freshness and subtle changes. Aromas of dried fruit and pastries blend with the more acidic citrus fruits (pink grapefruit, lemon).
Contains sulfites

Year after year, the André Chemin House pursues its quest for perfection through the seasons and the harvest, bringing improvements and novelties in the blends when the need arises and when their passions dictate it.
