This champagne is blended with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, giving it a powerful and elegant character.
The Cuvee Sélectionnée André Chemin is aged for 8 years in the cellar in order to let the aromas of these two emblematic grape varieties of Champagne fully express themselves.
In terms of dosage, they chose to add 6,5g/l. The result is a wine with lively and surprising aromas.
For what occasions should it be served?
The Cuvee Sélectionnée is a tasting Champagne, and is also perfect as an aperitif with friends. We recommend serving it with raw fish and white meat dishes.
Aspect: A blond color with golden reflections, typical of a wine containing a high percentage of Pinot Noir
Nose: A floral nose that gives way to fine brioche notes.
Palate: The velvety effervescence on the palate does not spoil the beautiful attack which is full of power and elegance.
Contains sulfites

The vines of this family House founded in 1948 now extend over 6.5 hectares on the Reims mountains and are exclusively classified as Premier Cru.
Eva and Sébastian are the third generation of André Chemin winegrowers, following the creation of the brand 70 years ago, under which the family markets its champagnes.
Located a few kilometers south of Reims, in the small village of Sacy, this family champagne House quietly maintains the traditions that have been developed and tested over the past 70 years.
Year after year, the André Chemin House pursues its quest for perfection through the seasons and the harvest, bringing improvements and novelties in the blends when the need arises and when their passions dictate it.
